At Domkirkeodden we offer exhibitions ranging from the Iron Age via the great times of the Hamarkaupang in the Middle Ages, to Hedmarken's cultural history from the 17th century to the present day. 

In the new center there is an exhibtition considering the Nathional Archives, and in November there will openb a breand new exhibtiion about the history of our region throughout the ages; ithtexts, photos and artefacts not shown before, and with a nice interactive toutch throughout the entire experience.

Autumn 2024 we had a Bulgarian visitor who made a video about our museum from his own sort of humoristical point of view. Not 100% factual, but it might give you an impression - and maybe the desire to come and see for yourself
